We are looking forward to meeting you when you arrive at Willance House. We will endeavour to make your stay as enjoyable as possible but obviously some things have changed for the time being.

For your safety
There will be hand sanitiser available at the entrance for your convenience.
We will observe social distancing at all times during your stay and would ask you to do the same.
We will require you to advise us of all contact details for every member of your party in line with government requirements. These details will be destroyed 21 days after your stay.
The guest lounge area may be unavailable or restricted during your stay.
Where possible your room will have been unused for at least 24 hours before you arrive.
In your room soft furnishings, reading materials and stationery will have been removed where possible to prevent cross contamination. Your room will have been cleaned and sanitised before your arrival using the approved products. All bedlinen and towels will have been cleaned and sanitised and all crockery, glassware, toiletries and beverages will be renewed in advance of your stay.
Your room will not be serviced during your stay to eliminate the chances of cross contamination and infection but we are happy to provide items to top up your complimentary beverage tray or toiletries and to provide fresh towels where needed.
We will still offer our quality breakfast as much as possible but all service will be table style, eliminating our usual buffet service.
Tables will be spaced to allow for social distancing and breakfast times will be staggered to prevent the risk of too many guests at one time. To assist with this, please order your breakfast the night before and arrive for breakfast at the time allocated.
We will require contactless payment wherever possible. If you have already provided card details through our online booking system we can take the payment on the last night of your stay using the details you have already provided.
As we are now open for business our usual terms and conditions will apply if you choose not to travel.
We ask that you do not enter Willance House if you are displaying Covid-19 symptoms.
If you are unwell during your stay we will expect you to return home immediately and our normal terms and conditions relating to curtailment will apply.
We hope that you will be safe and well at all times but in the unlikely event that need to self-isolate at Willance House and not be able return home regretfully you will be responsible for all costs.
It would include any extra accommodation and food costs, and the cost of any rooms that have to be closed during your stay. This would extend to any professional contract cleaning costs incurred following your departure.
Should we be become unwell with Covid-19 and need to close the premises, no costs will be incurred by any guests for any unused part of a stay. All guests due to stay with us during the period of closure would have any monies already paid refunded in full with no further liability on our part for any additional costs incurred.
In the event of further closure in line with any government instructions, no costs will be incurred by any existing guests for any unused part of a stay. Any deposits paid after 4th July 2020 by future guests due to stay with us during the period of closure could be transferred to a later stay but we are unable to offer a refund of any monies paid as all bookings after this date have been made with the knowledge of the potential for future closures to take place.
